Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products Only)

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be in the same state as when it arrived — completely sealed, untampered, and showing no signs of use.

Packaging & Tags: All original packaging, branded materials, and tags must be intact and undamaged.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or invoice is required to process any return.

Opened or used Ciria products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Opened Products)

If you've used Ciria as directed and aren't satisfied with your experience, we've got you covered — no physical return necessary.

To qualify:

  • The product must have been used consistently as instructed for a minimum of 14 days
  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • This guarantee applies to first orders only and is limited to one refund per household
  • A brief note about your experience may be requested to help us improve

Free Gifts & Promotional Items

Free gifts, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for returns or refunds regardless of condition.

If your order included a free promotional item and you choose to return the paid item that qualified you for it, the free item must also be returned unused. Failure to do so may result in a partial refund with the value of the free item deducted from your total.

Limited-time post-purchase offers are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to the discounted pricing applied at checkout.

Please note that all shipping fees go directly toward logistics and fulfillment and are non-refundable, including in cases of return or cancellation.


How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@tryciria.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original once approved and place a new order separately.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at support@tryciria.com.
